Refund policy
At Autism Mom’s Creations, every item is created and/or selected with care. Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, or released in limited quantities, please review the following policy before purchasing.
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS
All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or customer-provided errors in names, wording, colors, images, or other customization details.
Please review all personalization information carefully before submitting your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item due to an error by Autism Mom’s Creations, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the item and the problem. We may request additional photographs or information before approving a replacement or refund.
If the issue is confirmed to be our error, Autism Mom’s Creations will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund.
LIMITED DROPS
Products sold as part of an AMC Limited Drop may have limited quantities and may not be restocked. Limited Drop items are final sale except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. If an identical replacement is unavailable, another appropriate resolution will be offered.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request cancellation of an eligible order within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the item is not designated as final sale. After the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, the order can no longer be canceled.
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and AMC Limited Drop items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation.
NON-CUSTOM ITEMS
.Unless otherwise stated on the product page, requests to return an eligible non-custom item must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
A return must be approved before it is sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
If a return is approved because of an error by Autism Mom’s Creations or a verified defect, we will provide instructions regarding return shipping.
For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by Autism Mom’s Creations.
