Welcome to Autism Mom’s Creations. By visiting our website, purchasing from our store, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms before placing an order.
PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Autism Mom’s Creations offers custom, personalized, made-to-order, ready-to-ship, and limited-release products.
Colors, placement, and appearance may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings, materials, printing processes, and the handmade or customized nature of certain products.
Product availability is not guaranteed. Limited Drops and other limited-quantity merchandise may sell out and may not be restocked.
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, images, wording, and other customization information before submitting an order.
Autism Mom’s Creations is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are generally FINAL SALE, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Autism Mom’s Creations, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
LIMITED DROPS
AMC Limited Drops are released in limited quantities and may be available for a limited period.
Once a Limited Drop sells out or closes, availability is not guaranteed. Products designated as part of a limited release may not be reproduced or restocked in the same design or format.
Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until checkout and payment are successfully completed.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or inventory errors, or orders containing content we cannot legally or appropriately produce. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request cancellation of an eligible order within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the item is not designated as final sale. After the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, the order can no longer be canceled.
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and AMC Limited Drop items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation.
Requests to change an order should be submitted as soon as possible. Order changes are not guaranteed and cannot be made once production has begun or the order has shipped.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Processing times vary depending on the product, customization, order volume, holidays, sales, and Limited Drops.
Shipping rates and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout when applicable.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, replacements, store credits, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers should review that policy before purchasing, particularly when ordering custom, personalized, made-to-order, or Limited Drop merchandise.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, original branding, photographs, graphics, written content, and original designs created and owned by Autism Mom’s Creations may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or commercially used without permission.
Purchase of a physical product does not transfer ownership of Autism Mom’s Creations’ intellectual property rights in original material contained on that product.
Third-party names, trademarks, characters, artwork, or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
PROHIBITED USE
You may not use this website or its content for unlawful purposes, fraudulent activity, unauthorized copying or resale of protected content, interference with the operation or security of the website, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store may use third-party services, including Shopify and payment, shipping, analytics, or other service providers.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to those providers’ terms and policies.
